Product details
The 4th generation PULSAR multi-component gas online analysis system from Signal in the UK is a high-performance and easy-to-use analysis platform with new technology. At present, it has been upgraded to the most advanced technological performance in the history of this product line. The minimal monitoring data drift can be perfectly applied to ultra-low emission conditions and high-precision measurements. The unique design of the detector effectively prevents cross interference between gases and eliminates the risk of particulate pollution. The Pulsar system can therefore be applied to various working conditions.
The 4th generation Pulsar multi-component gas online analysis system uses gas filtering technology to measure only relevant gases, with almost no interference from other gases. The optical experimental platform is placed in a heating chamber, and for non condensable sample gases, an external cooler is not required. There is no interference from water vapor. By using two sampling chambers of different lengths in series, low range and high range can be selected, thereby increasing the entire range. The parallel dual optical experimental platform version can also be used for measuring two different gases or two ranges of continuous operation of the same gas.
Product features:
Using advanced software with 4th order polynomials to ensure linear response and maintain high accuracy throughout the entire range.
Each range of each channel can be linearized or independently calibrated by the user.
The analyzer uses standard remote interface software (S4i) to achieve remote data acquisition and diagnostic functions.
Open source software provides rich features that can be customized according to needs.
The range of the system is optional, and multiple ranges can be calibrated.
The system configuration relay can select this calibration gas and automatically calibrate each range.
The 4th generation system can be equipped with a touch screen, intuitive menu structure, and can perform simple operations, calibration, fault finding, etc.
The screen panel is equipped with USB or SD card for in car data acquisition.
